Mamaliga Cookbook Fundraising

We need the help of our wondeful community! 

After many, many requests, we are extremely excited to announce the launch of the Mamaliga cookbook project. 

We are working with renowned Romanian artist Alexia Udriste to bring some of the most popular Mamaliga recipes to print. You can find some of here beautiful work on her website.

This will be a very small but special collection of 5-10 recipes curated and written by chef Haan Palcu-Chang, flavoured with some personal anecdotes. 

For those of you who are as excited by this project as we are, it would mean the world to us if we could getyour help covering the costs of production, design and recipe testing. 

There will be three funding tiers. 

Tier 1 will give you a signed copy of the book, plus a ticket for one person to do a two-hour online group cooking class that will be held sometime in November or December 2022.

Tier 2 will give you a signed copy of the book.

Tier 3 will give you first access to purchasing your very own Mamaliga cookbook. 

Of course, there is no limit to how many times you want to contribute. Everthing is welcome, and we are grately for any support we can get. 

We are hoping to have our books done and ready to ship in the first quarter of 2023.
